The three transoms above the door sport custom faux-iron decorative inserts with soft scrolls and leaf pattern and were made to bring together the linen drapery fabric with fall foliage large trees. The cream and tangerine wool area rug anchor the table and chairs. Performance fabric covers the chair seats, allowing for spill after spill with no damage!

Bright Nature Inspired Glam Dining

The client recently moved into this new home. She had furniture, including this dining table and chairs that was meaningful to her. Anything else could change. She had originally called for custom window treatments, but clearly there was more that needed to be done. Listed, but not limited to the too small rugs, the PLASTIC covered chair seats, the floor lamp in the corner.

Addressing the existing table, we were able to recover the chair seats in a soft tangerine colored performance fabric, eliminating the need for the plastic covers! The three transoms above the door sport custom faux-iron decorative inserts with soft scrolls and leaf pattern and were made to bring together the linen ivory drapery fabric with fall foliage large trees. The drapery hardware is metal and subliminally coordinates with the faux-iron in transoms. Pinch pleated drapery panels flank the doors and soften the look of the room. The oversized artwork above the server brings even more foliage and color to the room. A soft wool rug in a size to comfortably fit the table and chairs anchors the space. The ivory and brushed gold server harmonizes with two armoires in the living room flanking the fireplace directly across from the dining room.
